Applying a Discount Code for Registration

Instructions for Applying a Discount Code for ICE Registration:

1. Visit http://ice2016orlando.org/registration/ and select “Register for ICE 2016” to begin.
2. Log in to your ESA account to access the registration form. If you do not have an ESA account, you will be able to create one.
3. Complete the registration questions and item selections screens as appropriate/desired. Use the “Continue” buttons to advance through the registration process.
4. On the first checkout page, you will see the option to apply a promotion code in the middle of the screen.
5. Enter your code in the box and click the button to apply the code. Text will appear above the box to confirm that your code was processed. Any applicable event items will now show the revised price at the top of the page.
6. If there is no remaining outstanding balance, you may complete your registration.
7. If you have a remaining outstanding balance you can submit payment to finalize your registration for those items. You may opt to pay by credit card or by check.
8. Please feel free to print and/or save a copy of your Receipt/Invoice for future reference.
