A guest hospitality room will also be set up daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM in Salon 5 of the Rosen Centre Hotel (2nd Floor) where you can enjoy light snacks, beverages, and a quiet place to relax. Here you will find brochures to all that Orlando has to offerer. Discounted tickets may be purchased online at ice2016orlando.org under “Travel and Hotel” or via the attractions desk at the OCCC or your hotel concierge. Each hotel offers different transportation options to the local area resorts. Be sure to check with your hotel for its schedule.
Guests of registered attendees will have access to the Exhibit Hall, Welcome Reception, Daily Plenary Sessions, Daily Fitness Activities, Farewell Dinner, Linnaean Games, and access to the presentation given by the primary registrant. As a guest, you will also receive a free conference tote, ESA 2017 Insect Calendar, ICE 2016 Program Book, and and ICE 2016 abstract flash drive.
