Attendees for ICE will have a plethora of transportation options to get out and about to see the city of Orlando. It all starts when you arrive!
Orlando International Airport Shuttles
Complimentary shuttles for ICE attendees staying at the ICE official hotels will depart from the first floor ground transportation area of the Orlando International Airport (MCO) every 30 minutes during the following dates and times:
Saturday, September 24
10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Sunday, September 25
5:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Attendees should collect bags on the second floor baggage claim area and proceed to the first floor to ground transportation to meet with an ICE transportation coordinator.
To return to the airport, buses will depart from all of the ICE official hotels and the OCCC to the airport every 30 minutes during the following dates and times:
Friday, September 30
12:00 – 8:00 PM
Saturday, October 1
4:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Buses will depart from the same bus transportation area being used for the daily circular shuttle pick-up.

Daily shuttles will run continuously from all ICE official hotels and the OCCC during the following times:

Shuttles will depart from designated shuttle service areas for each of the major hotels. For limited service hotels, shuttles will depart from the hotel’s main drive. During peak hours, shuttles will run every 10 minutes; during non-peak hours, shuttles will run every 30 minutes. Mobility accessible shuttle service is available by request.
Parking (OCCC)
For attendees who plan on driving to the Orange County Convention Center, we have designated parking areas for the West Concourse parking lot. Event-specific parking areas will be listed on overhead electronic (Dynamic Message System) signage on International Drive and the surrounding area. All parking at the Orange County Convention Center is available on a first-come, first-served basis, including accessible parking.
The fee for parking at the OCCC is $15 per car per entry and $25 for oversized vehicles, i.e., buses, per entry. After 5:00 PM, the charge is $10 per car per entry and $15 per oversized vehicle per entry. The OCCC accepts cash, traveler’s checks, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.
I-Ride Trolley
The I-Ride Trolley is a convenient option for traveling via International Drive, connecting you to all of the nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. Stops are located all along International Drive. The trolley runs daily from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM and fares start at $2 USD per rider.
